Counties Connect forms a small network covering the area between Nottingham city, Melton Mowbray and Grantham, serving the towns and villages in between. Routes run hourly or every two hours and combine for higher frequencies on common sections.
Included is the very first route Robertson Buses operated; the 201, joined by later additions of the 211, 212, X11 and most recently the 210. All are covered by the Counties Connect Day Ticket which allows discounted travel compared to a full network day ticket.
A variety of Dennis Darts appear on the Counties Connect routes, including four that carry dedicated liveries. The X11 tends to utilise full sized 'heavyweight' single deckers - often Scanias - and is operated from Chilwell depot, while the rest of the network is based out of Grantham.
