The Park and Ride runs every day of the week, every 10 minutes Monday to Saturday and every 20 minutes on Sundays, direct to QMC and Nottingham City Centre. Additionally, on Fridays and Saturdays it runs late into the night.

Toton Lane P&R is located a few miles away from the city, beside the A52, barely a couple of minutes away from Junction 25 of the M1 motorway. It also serves as the tram Park & Ride, however the P&R bus is - depending on traffic - approximately ten minutes faster than the tram (and has more seats, too).

Operation of the P&R began in 2018 and has stuck to the same basic format since then. Other than the intermediate stop at QMC there's no fixed route so buses can divert around patches of heavy traffic. Originally the P&R mostly ran with single decker buses although it now uses double deckers, and occasionally RB's 18-metre 'bendy' bus.
